BROWSER EXTENSION PRIVACY POLICY

The following sets forth the policies for the collection and use of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") by Municipal Cards LLC and PRC Technologies LLC (collectively the "COMPANY") in connection with its operation of its Browser Extension (the "Extension").

Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given such terms in the Program Membership Agreement.

This Extension and Business is operated in the United States and all information that we maintain is stored in the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States and that the Website is subject to U.S. laws, which may not afford the same level of protection of those in your country.

COMPANY knows that Your Personal Information is important and COMPANY respects that importance and treats that information in a commercially reasonable manner. COMPANY has created the below policy to explain the types of information it collects from users, how it uses this information, with whom and for what purposes it shares the information, and how Users can interact with COMPANY in connection with the information collection and use.

COMPANY takes its obligations regarding privacy very seriously and it wants to ensure Users are fully informed about the Information they are providing to it.

1. Acknowledgement and acceptance of terms
The Company is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets forth our current privacy practices with regard to the information we collect when you or your browser interact with the Extension. By accessing the Extension, you acknowledge and fully understand Company's Privacy Statement and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this Extension Privacy Statement.

2. Participating Merchant Policies
Related services and offerings with links from this Extension, including vendor sites, have their own privacy statements that can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding links within each respective website. Online merchants and others who participate in Card Rewards services are encouraged to participate in industry privacy initiatives and to take a responsible attitude towards consumer privacy. However, since we do not have direct control over the policies or practices of participating merchants and other third parties, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of those sites. We recommend and encourage that you always review the privacy policies of merchants and other third parties before you provide any personal information or complete any transaction with such parties.

3. Information We Collect
The company collects certain information from and about its users three ways: directly from our Web Server logs, the user, and with Cookies. We never sell any personal data we collect to any third part source, so you can rest assured that the only purpose of collecting the information below is to better serve your needs.

a. Web Server Logs
When you use our Extension, we may track information to administer the Extension and analyze its usage. Examples of information we may track include:

• Your Internet protocol address.
• The kind of OS or device you use.
• Number of links you click within the Application.
• State or country from which you accessed the Application.
• Date and time of your visit.
• Name of your Internet service provider.
• Web page you linked to our Application from.
• Pages you viewed on the Application.

b. Personal Information Users
Users of our Extension must first be registered as members in one of our programs before being allowed to install the Extension and receive reward. When you registered, we requested some limited personal information such as name, email, password and other relevant information. You may also be asked to disclose personal information to us so that we can provide assistance and information to you. For example, such data may be warranted in order to provide online technical support and troubleshooting.

We will not disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you to any third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary including:

a. To provide services
b. To fulfill your service requests for services
c. To protect ourselves from liability
d. To respond to legal process or comply with law
e. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or liquidation of the company
f. With other members of the Company corporate family to among other things, provide the services you have requested or authorized; to manage risk; to help detect and prevent potentially illegal and fraudulent acts and other violations of our policies and agreements.
g. With third-party service providers that perform services and functions at our direction and on our behalf.
h. With other financial institutions that we have partnered with to jointly create and offer a product or service.

We may use and disclose non-Personal Information for any number of reasons, including but not limited to, working with business partners and improving our services.

4. Use of Web Beacons or GIF files
The Extension's pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes also called single-pixel gifs - that allow the Extension to count users who have used those pages and to deliver co-branded services. The Extension may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

5. Accessing Web Account Information
We will provide you with the means to ensure that personally identifiable information in your user account file is correct and current. You may review this information by contacting us by sending an email through the help desk on your programs website.

6. Children
Our Extension is designed for people at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from or about children under 13 years of age and use of our services by children under 13 years of age is forbidden.

7. Your California Privacy Rights
In performing Company’s Service for its Users, Company operates as a "Service Provider" under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100, otherwise known as the "California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018" or "CCPA". In fulfilling its obligations to our Users as a Service Provider, Company may process certain Personal Information under instruction from our Users to fulfill a legitimate "Business Purpose" under the CCPA. Company does not disclose or resell Personal Information for any other commercial purpose, except in certain cases where the Personal Information has been pseudonymized or is considered aggregated consumer information. Subject to applicable exceptions under the CCPA, Company will delete Personal Information of a consumer from its records upon the direction of its user in response to a consumer's verifiable request to delete Personal Information. In the event Company receives such a request directly, it will forward it to the respective User without delay and shall not take further action until such time as directed by User. If you are a California consumer and you have any questions regarding our role as a Service Provider or would like to request information regarding the disclosure of Personal Information about you by Company to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, please complete and submit the Access Request Form or send an email to support@rewardprogram.net.

6. Children

COMPANY has the discretion to occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the "updated" date at the top of this Privacy page. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to this privacy statement and any updates.
